Laura Sieger combines more than 25 years of strategic vision, strong business and operational acumen with a passion for helping clients solve complex problems. A natural and professional consultant and coach, her successful career also has included executive leadership roles at the corporate and agency level. Laura served as Chief Marketing Officer for a $1B retail company. Prior to becoming CMO, Laura was recruited into the retail company to lead Corporate Communications and held the company’s first Corporate Strategy role. In agency leadership, she was responsible for P&L, new business and market development, and successfully led national and regional accounts’ growth and brand strategies.
Laura’s passionate about listening to help businesses and teams get unstuck, stop the spin, and bring clarity to unleash the power of teams to do their best work, which leads to better engagement and growth results. She’s a master at synthesizing and helping others synthesize their vision, strategy and message to inspire alignment. Her work spans several sectors – retail, healthcare, education, financial, tourism/hospitality, and aviation, energy & oil. She has served on several community boards and holds a B.A. in Communications and a M.A. in Organizational Management.
In her spare time, she loves everything “In the Water, On the Water,” reading, spending time with family, golfing, traveling and giving back to causes that benefit women and children.
